Mark Kamin & Associates has been working with organizations to improve performance for over 36 years. Clients have included Exxon-Mobil, General Electric, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Wells Fargo Mortgage, and more than a thousand other organizations.
We have found that there is an undistinguished paradigm that shapes all organizations and their performance. We will call that paradigm the “You or Me Model.”
Silos between departments, people working inside of a CYA culture, dissatisfaction at all levels of organization, turnover, the enormous number of business failures, high costs, and lower than projected top-line revenue… are ALL the result of this pervasive paradigm.
