Walking on the Glass Floor is a great visual isn’t it? You’ve moved beyond the ceiling. You are now walking on the glass floor. I envision a growing movement of women talking about this glass floor, the flip side of the glass ceiling, while being supported to continually learn and grow as leaders. The reality is that even though women are not yet represented in positions of leadership at nearly the scale we should be, many women are successfully advancing toward and into leadership roles.
