Topic:  Best practices for mentoring others and how to gain sponsorships

Lenetra King serves as Chief Operating Officer, Program Development and Integration at Texas Health Resources, a faith based, not for profit health system with more than 350 access points to serve patients across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.

As a senior executive, Lenetra provides leadership for Specialty lines of business and helps the organization develop strategies to differentiate and grow its market position in North Texas. With 15+ years experience in hospital C suites, she is as passionate about topics of inclusive cultures, belonging and women’s leadership advancement as she is about operations, strategy and growing market share.

Lenetra earned a BS degree from Florida A&M University, a Masters of Health Administration degree from University of Alabama Birmingham and MBA from Rockhurst University. Board Certified in Health Care Management, Lenetra holds the distinction of Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
