About The Event
Join us for a dynamic and practical workshop on The 6 Types of Working Genius, led by Stephanie Teetes, Certified Master Facilitator. Prior to the session, participants will complete the Working Genius assessment, allowing for deeper, table-based discussions during the workshop.
Together, we’ll explore the full model—from Wonder and Invention to Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity—unpacking where each participant experiences Working Genius, Competency, and Frustration. Through guided table group conversations, attendees will review their results and gain clarity on how their natural wiring influences productivity, teamwork, and fulfillment.
This session is designed to help you better understand how work gets done, reduce unnecessary frustration, and maximize your contribution—both professionally and personally.
